Not really a get rich quick scheme, but who can't use an extra couple hundred each year (Christmas presents?). And if you refer some friends, register with multiple companies, or own a website and promote these tools, you can make some nice cash. Unlike many multi-level marketing (MLM) scams, these companies have a very good product, a legitimate business model, and your referrals are highly likely to stick with them (because it doesn't cost you or other users a dime - advertisers foot the bill). We, and some of our friends use these tools. It is absolutely worth 5 minutes of your time to check them out. And, if you think they could even possibly be for you, try them out. At worst (if you don't like them), you will be out nothing. Risk free money (no lie). Get paid for what you already do.
MONEY MAKING HINTS:
1. Check out each of these. There are some differences between these (mostly in their physical design and payment breakdown). You should probably register for more than one, and use the one (or ones) you like best.
2. Remember that some can be used at the same time. This can lead to substantially higher earnings.
3. WEBMASTERS, or aspiring webmasters should really look into these. These have a better potential payoff than most sponsorships. We can prove it by our prominant display throughout our portal in addition to its own section. We have many options for sponsors, but these are potentially one of the better ones.
4. BIG HINT - If you get lucky, are persistant, or if you have some fellow website owner friends, you may get some websites under you as referrals. This can expotentially grow your earnings, even if you only do it during your own personal surfing. For example: Imagine if you landed a large etailer, or a portal site (like ours) who refer many people. And each of those people refer someone. That can be huge. We know, because we have some website owners under us. And, we too, are likely under someone else who is benefiting from our referrals. Notice how we have ads throughout our portal. The folks above us (whoever that may be) are benefitting.
5. BIG HINT #2 - Do refer folks. You can just surf and earn your own money, which is fine, and can easily be enough to offset isp charges, etc.. But referring folks can be very easy, and you will gain more if you put more into it. It can be no more difficult than including an extra sentence (signature) in your personal emails. Or, put it on your home page. Or, just tell your friends and family. Or, if you are a little ambitious, create your own 1 or 2 page web site.
6. Stick with them. They're free, simple to use, and fairly unobtrusive. This is especially important as you start getting a few referrals. It may take some time to start making decent money, but time is on your side.

GOTOWORLD - THIS TOOL HAS OUR HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. This service also comes with a browser (compatible with MSIE). The browser has a lot of neat tools like language translation, and plug-ins. However, you are not required to use the browser to operate the get paid to surf tool.
